Autumn is a time of change. Many people feel a loss and the beginning of some sadness (seasonal affective disorder). There are many ways to address this. Connect with your support system, exercise, sleep diet, and psychotherapy is interesting as well that the Jewish new year (Rosh Hashannah) and then soon after a day of atonement, (Yom Kippur) occurs in the fall, in time for a new beginning.
