Three Steps for Personal Growth in 2018

Hello! I see great potential for 2018.

Growth is a core part of movement in life, development, health, and mental health. We have to go out of our comfort zone to take small healthy risks that can pay off in a larger way. These risks can look different for everyone.

Step 1. Become conscious of our internal feelings and external behaviors. Step 2. Pay attention to to those feelings and behaviors and making more intentional choices. Step 3. Take actions based on more intentionality.

I've found these three steps to be incredibly helpful to both myself and my patients.
