Group Therapy
Groups can provide a safe, supportive place to grow in a psychologically stimulating setting.
In group therapy, you not only have the opportunity to discuss your concerns and issues, but you will likely have the opportunity to experience them. The group provides a window into your interpersonal relationships with others in a setting where both I and other group members can help you examine and change your patterns of relating.
Persons wishing to join a group must first participate in an individual evaluation to assure correct group placement.
